Personalised Products.

If we are personalising any products for you, you will need to ensure that you have received permission to use any content containing third party intellectual property rights in the personalised products. We may refuse to accept any order for personalised products containing content which we consider to be threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or where we reasonably believe it may infringe third party intellectual property rights.

Card authorisation

Should your content submission not meet these requirements, we will reject your offer to purchase the products and provide written notification with the reason for the rejection. Your card authorisation will be cancelled, and no money will be charged to you.

The Bees Dreams is confident your skin will love our jewellery. However, should your skin have a reaction from any of the items featured, we offer a refund so you can shop with certainty. Please note that if you wish to return, ensure you keep a hold of your receipt/order confirmation and the packaging your earrings came in.

The Bees Dreams offers standard and express delivery options. The advised delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date the order was placed. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
Please allow an additional 5 business days for regional delivery.
Due to potential and unexpected delivery disruptions, delays may occur.
During sale and promotional periods, all orders will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible from our warehouse. However, busy periods could result in some delays with dispatch.
If there is an issue with your delivery, we will do our best to ensure it is resolved – however, we cannot make guarantees. Due to the nature of postal services, some circumstances may impact the successful delivery of your parcel.
